Although the Management Oversight and Risk Tree (MORT) method is considered a respected analytical procedure to investigate causes contributing factors of accidents incidents in different types businesses, its application Supply Chain was not found literature (SCRM). Given this gap, general objective research analyze applicability MORT Method SCRM. Methodologically, supported by an in-depth case study cylinder requalification company located Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
